It was a brave move in late 2018 for residential property developer Rivendale Homes to start construction of 5 new office buildings at Nursling, Southampton without any advance sales. Construction took place over the winter and by the time all building works were finished in April 2019, on budget and on time, the selling agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors had successfully sold 4 of the 5 offices with a sale agreed on the last remaining office.
