Tim
Haine is responsible for the development of our
commercial property management portfolio. In addition
Tim ensures legislative compliance on behalf of
landlords, tenants and owner occupiers. Tim also
provides asset management advice to investment
clients and employs creative forward thinking
and forward planning to maintain and enhance portfolio
value.
Tim joined Keygrove in 2004 having previously
worked for five years with
Montagu Evans in their London West End office.
Tim’s experience includes managing properties
countrywide in the Liverpool Victoria Asset Management
Portfolio. Tim also managed properties acquired
for site assembly in the Hammerson / Urban
Regeneration Agency (English Partnerships) / Sheffield
City Council City Centre Redevelopment joint venture
and mixed use properties for Dawnay Day Investment
Management and a number of other private investors.
Prior to joining Montagu Evans Tim worked for
Cooper and Tanner in Somerset acting for a wide
range of clients providing landlord and tenant,
valuation and estate management services.
