It offers an enjoyable glimpse into Catalan winemaking and is especially appealing for those looking to explore the world of minimal-intervention wines

Les Insouciantes Year:2023 but a story in aLes Insouciantes, the carefree ones, is a joyful red from the Jura hills around Saint Lothain. It comes from organically farmed 40 year old vines rooted in limestone and blue marl at about 300 metres, in vineyards full of life birds, spiders, rabbits and rich plant diversity. The wine is an unusual blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Poulsard and Trousseau, mixing classic Burgundian grapes with local Jura varieties and even a white grape in a red wine.
