WATERMAN'S TAPERITE IN NEAR MINT CONDITION clutch ring MARKED WITH "JOTTER #78038"FACTORY PRICE STICKER AND A GRADING ON THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN MEDIUM AND BROAD ON A PARKER FACTORY NIB GRADER. I could call this MINT NOS condition except for the fact that is it has a not deeply engraved personalization in gold paint, "E. M. Morris 1955". It would be easy to buff off. I've left it intact because of the date placement this provides. But it DOES still have a large, elaborate gold red price sticker that hasn't been written on or torn.
