Pineau dAunis brings a distinctive aromatic edgethink rosehip and hibiscuswhile Cinsault adds soft red fruit ease. The grapes are fermented with whole clusters and kept on skins only briefly, so the wine stays fresh and lively rather than dense. Ageing in neutral containers (including sandstone amphora in some cuves) helps keep the profile clean
