On 30 inches of antiqued brass chain or on a mens fob chain that hooks onto your belt (this mens chain is pictured in some of my other mechanical watch listing pictures). Just let me know which you'd like at checkout. The back of the watch sees through to the gear movement. The movement is mechanical and so will need wound in order to keep accurate time.
