Dry, well balanced, and easy drinking with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, complimented by a little residual sugar. As usual this is based on Yarlington Mill, Dove and Browns, with Bisquet for mid pallet fullness and Tremlett's Bitter to add a different style of tannin and extra fruit.
