S Barbados 2000 is a single cask rum with an outturn of 258 bottles only. The rum has been distilled at Mount Gay distillery in a pot still in 2000 and was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in Feburary 2020. The rum is bottled at cask strength and no chill filtation has been used. Tasting Notes Nose: A mix of jucy black currants, old leather and sweet honey with hints of fresh wood.
