Their 'Estate' Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced mostly from the sun drenched, gravelly soils of the Thomas and Judith Beckmen Estate Vineyard in the Los Olivos District. It was aged for 18 months in 30% new French and American oak and 70% seasoned and neutral oak.
