In the current climate of austerity and cost cutting it is encouraging to find that Anchor House, School Lane, Chandlers Ford is proving a cost effective office solution for progressive companies and the joint marketing agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and Lambert Smith Hampton are reporting that there are only 2 suites remaining before it is fully let.  Recent lettings to Emerge IT and to Pat Test South as well as expansion by existing tenants Suki Gifts has meant that there will only be Suite D (717 sq ft) and Suite F (1,350 sq ft) available.
