CONFIDENCE RETURNS AS HI TECH BUSINESSES EXPAND AND RELOCATE ALONG M27 CORRIDOR

In a sign of confidence in the commercial property market the British agrochemical manufacturing company Agform have relocated to a brand new headquarters at Concorde Way, Segensworth North, having sold their previous home at Hilldale Farm, Fareham through commercial property agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors.

John Misselbrook, CEO of Agform Ltd says “Agform was established in Southampton over 25 years ago to develop novel formulations of agrochemicals for the control of pests, in crops throughout the world, from wheat to rice, soybeans to vines and this relocation is the taking our business to the next stage.”

Andrew Archibald MRICS, Keygrove Director says “Our marketing of Hilldale Farm was slightly disrupted by the pandemic last year but the market has remained strong and we generated a significant number of enquiries resulting in a sale of the freehold to MetOcean Telematics who are leaders in the satellite communications industry.”

Keygrove were marketing Hilldale Farm, which comprises a 17,220 sqft hi tech building on a 4.52acre site at an asking price of £2.46m.
