Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, the Ocean Village based commercial property agents and valuers, have been busy building up a sizeable property management department, looking after properties and office parks for many different clients across the south Hampshire region, and the business is continuing to grow, having reached three recent milestones.
Andrew Hancock MRICS, Keygrove Director says “We have reached three new Key Performance Indicator milestones as we are now looking after over 300 different tenancies with a total rent roll of over £5,000,000 per annum and we are managing service charges totalling over £1,000,000 per annum.”
Andrew continues “We are a small dedicated team at Keygrove and we must be doing something right as word of mouth recommendations are leading to us being offered more commercial property management opportunities. We tailor our service to individual clients and so we collect rent for some clients but not others and we manage service charges for multi-let buildings and business parks.”
