In an exciting move that embraces pioneering technology Keygrove Chartered Surveyors have commissioned a Quadcopter to take aerial and on-site photography at an industrial site they are about to bring to market in Southampton.

Richard Nevines, Director of Keygrove, says: “I believe we are the first agents to use a Quadcopter for commercial property marketing in the City. When you look at the incredible film footage you will appreciate that this technology gives property agents, developers, investors and managers a tool with fantastic applications. In this case you can see a property that we will be marketing in context of location as well as a close up fly through outside – and also inside!”
