REFURBISHMENT PLANNED FOR HIGH STREET SHOP IN HYTHE, SOUTHAMPTON

The former Denis Rason Shoes in High Street Hythe is going to be refurbished by local property developers Ewin Developments who have purchased the freehold shop that was being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors.

Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove, says “Our clients had owned and run the shoe shop for many years and had decided to retire.  This is a well located shop in the centre of Hythe and provides an excellent opportunity for conversion of the unused first floor storage space into much needed residential accommodation. The ground floor has already been leased to a fashion retailer.”

Simon Ewin, Managing Director of Ewin Developments says “We are a privately owned company with the aim to provide unparalleled quality and excellence, whatever the build.  In addition, Ewin Developments also work alongside local authorities and housing associations providing superior projects that enhance and improve the existing buildings to create attractive and sustainable housing solutions.  We are continually on the lookout for any potential opportunities with or without planning consent across Greater London and the South.”
