Expert Witness

Richard Nevines has been awarded the “Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence – APAEWE”. His specialism for expert witness instructions is the valuation of commercial premises and land used for industrial, warehouse, retail, office and motor trade purposes.

He is a Chartered Surveyor with 31 years of experience, 27 of which have been based in Hampshire. He has been appointed by leading banks and legal practices to act as a Law of Property Act Receiver and as an Expert Witness.
