Keygrove Chartered Surveyors have re-let the attractive Watermill Studios office building in Middlebridge Street, Romsey on a new 5 year lease soon after the previous occupiers moved to larger offices.

Watermill Studios is an 18th Century building that was originally used as a Woollen Mill and then later converted into a cinema called the ‘Elite’ in the early 20th Century. In recent years the property has been sympathetically restored and converted into 2 storey office accommodation.  The 1,480 sq ft offices have their own front door and have views over the garden of the adjoining residential property to the rear.

Andrew Archibald of Keygrove Chartered Surveyors commented: “These are delightful character offices with good natural daylight, within walking distance of the town centre shops and good access to the motorway network.  Romsey is an attractive town that does not have many vacant offices of this quality.”
